Shipping Policy
All non-preorders are ready to ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Preordered items delivery time will vary.

All orders ship from our brick & mortar in Providence, RI. We diligently package your orders to ensure they will arrive to you safe and sound, however, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If this occurs, we will happily replace the item for you upon return of the damaged goods. 

If your item is returned to us because of an issue with the address provided or is marked undeliverable for a reason beyond our control, a Reshipment Fee will be charged to cover the shipping costs.

Shipping Timeline
Continental US: Orders ship with USPS or UPS in 5-7 business days.

Outside of the US: Delivery time frames can vary country by country, deliveries can be made anywhere between 7-21 business days.

Returns
Damaged claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
All returns can be exchanged for store credit only.
All sale items (including Titanic Tuesday) and face coverings are final sale.
