JUST. BE. NICE.

This is a hard time for a lot of us. As people in the service industry return to work, it’s a struggle to implement new protocols to keep the public safe and balance expectations of a customer base that is seemingly not accustomed to our new normal.
Food servers have reported being treated very rudely with complaints about wait times, mask wearing compliance, limited menus or increased physical distancing. Folks who are back at work right now are doing so despite their own concerns and reservations. They have been through a lot: lost out on their graduation ceremonies, missed out on time with family and friends, struggled with bills, struggled with distance learning, stayed home for public health. Maybe it’s time to demonstrate a little kindness and gratitude.

These face masks are a collab with our pals Bad Taste and are hand sewn right here in Providence.

20% of EACH MASK SALE will be donated to the Rhode Island Foundation's COVID-19 Response Fund! The RI Foundation has awarded grants to nearly 200 RI non-profits, including soup kitchens, clinics, Boys and Girls Clubs. Most recentlyu grants have provided healthcare workers at nursing homes and medical facilities throughout the state with PPE and other essential supplies. The RI Foundation has distributed nearly $7.2 million through the fund, but there is still so much needed.
